πŸŽ—οΈ This Blog is a space for honest conversations about my personal experiences with MS, mental health, and the weird paranormal, liminal, and everything in between. I’m not a doctor, therapist, or expert in the unexplained; I’m just someone sharing my story and offering solidarity. If you’re struggling, please reach out to a trusted friend, support group, or professional. And if the weird stuff sparks your curiosity, remember: stay open-minded, but always prioritise your well-being.πŸŽ—οΈ

Podcast Six: Welcome to the Tin Foil Hat Podcasts β€” Aliens, Men in Black, MS and Other Reasons Not to Sleep at Night

    Well, here we go again.

Welcome to Podcast Six of My Living Hell, where the brain fog is real, the MS is a pain in the arse, and apparently, I still haven't learned when to shut up.

This time around, I'm introducing a new project: The Tin Foil Hat Podcasts. A series in which I'll be talking about some of my own personal experiences, strange happenings, and subjects that might make you wonder whether the world has finally lost the plot or whether it was ever particularly sane to begin with.

We're talking aliens, abductions, Men in Black, liminal spaces, and a few other things that don't exactly make for comfortable bedtime reading.

I'll also be talking about my own experiences, including concerns about my phone being bugged, being followed, and reporters turning up at my house who, as far as I could establish, weren't from the newspaper they claimed to represent.

These are my personal experiences and recollections, shared in my own words. I'm not pretending to have all the answers, and I'm certainly not asking anyone to swallow everything I say without question. I'm simply telling my side of the story. Make of it what you will.

And because life has a particularly twisted sense of humour, we'll also be discussing that delightful little MS phenomenon known as the MS itch or MS hug-related sensory weirdness because apparently, having a neurological condition wasn't quite enough. Sometimes your own nervous system decides to throw a little party, and naturally, you're not invited.

There's also a bit of my latest music track thrown in for good measure, along with the usual unscripted rambling. Yes, I wander off topic. Yes, I occasionally lose the plot halfway through a sentence. That's life with brain fog, folks. If you're expecting a polished, professionally rehearsed broadcast delivered by a man who has his entire life under control, you've taken a wrong turn somewhere.

This is real life, not some shiny television production with dramatic pauses, clever editing, and someone whispering ominously over footage of a blurry light in the sky.

It's me, my experiences, my music, my MS, and whatever else happens to crawl out of the mental filing cabinet while I'm recording.

So make yourself comfortable, put the kettle on, and join me for another episode of My Living Hell.

And if I start rambling, don't worry. There's every chance I've forgotten what I was talking about, too.

    Welcome to the madness.

My Living Hell raw experiences, dark humour, and absolutely no guarantee that I'll stay on topic.

☠ Please take note of the trigger warning before listening. ☠
